Two of our current German travel-only grantees take you along their journey in the U.S. Jonas Breitinger, an aerospace engineering student of Stuttgart University, shares his view of juggling at Purdue University in West Lafayette, Indiana. Maria Fahr, swapped HAW Hamburg for the California State University in Long Beach, California in order to continue her studies in social work and to adventure bike riding in the US.
Fulbright travel grants are currently advertised for four to nine month-long full-time study in the U.S. The scholarship includes 2000 Euro towards international travel, visa fees and health insurance as well an orientation meeting with access to the Fulbright Network. German students, who participate in a bilateral exchange program between their German home institution and a U.S. partner institution, are invited to apply by January 15, 2019.
