We welcome a new colleague

Jakob Oxenius - Junior Program Officer

Jakob is a recent graduate of the Master’s program in International Relations at the Freie Universität (FU) Berlin, Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin and Potsdam University. He holds a Bachelor’s degree from the John-F.-Kennedy Institute for North American Studies at the FU Berlin. As part of his studies, Jakob spent two semesters at University of California, San Diego studying U.S. politics of immigration. Jakob began working for Fulbright as a student assistant in December 2018. In his new position as Junior Program Officer, he will provide administrative support to Fulbright Germany's programs division, while also helping to implement this year’s Meet-A-German Project, which is a part of the Year of German-American Friendship initiative.
