On day four of the Berlin Seminar Fulbrighters met with Sawsan Chebli, State of Berlin Delegate to the Federation, Permanent Secretary for Active Citizenship and International Relations.
In the afternoon a great variety of tours showed the different faces of the German capital. Among them were topics like "Borderwalks – Borderless: Walking Where the Wall Once Stood", "Refugees Welcome Tour" or "Contemporary Art Galleries of Berlin". Further insights were offered during excursions to the "WZB" - Berlin Social Science Center and to "Deutsche Welle" - Germany’s International Broadcaster which also reported on the Fulbright Program and the challanges it faces.
The day ended with a farewell dinner and party at the "Alte Pumpe".
