The Berlin Capital Program 2016 invited 13 young American journalists to gain a deeper understanding of the political, economic and cultural environment in Germany/Europe with a focus on the German media landscape.

Diversity and Integration

Thanks to the support of the Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF), the Fulbright Commission could again send two ethnically diverse groups of 12 trainee teachers to San Antonio, TX and Lincoln, NE.

Ambassador Emerson says good-bye

U.S. Ambassador John B. Emerson will be leaving his post in Berlin shortly. Today he invited 20 German and American Fulbright fellows to the U.S. Embassy on Pariser Platz.

Berlin Seminar 2017

Ever since the first American Fulbrighters came to Germany, the Fulbright Commission has arranged a mid-year seminar enabling grantees to get together, share experiences, and discuss their accomplishments.
