This form is used to matriculate students at German universities. All Student grantees and those Teaching Assistants interested in attending a university must fill out this form and send it to the Fulbright-Kommission by mail. For students at Arts and Music universities individiual information on the admission application will be provided. - For studends attending the Free University Berlin and the Humboldt University in Berlin please use the online forms which you can find here:
