Last November, the Association of Friends and Sponsors of the German-American Fulbright Program e.V. organized the first Fulbright Career Day in Frankfurt am Main. Due to the positive response from both participating companies and alumni, the Association of Friends and Sponsors of the German-American Fulbright Program e.V. decided to repeat this event on November 7, 2008 in Frankfurt am Main. The Fulbright Career Day wants to inform Fulbright alumni about current trends on the job market and provide them with the opportunity to establish contact with potential employers. Like last time, members of the Association of Friends and Sponsors of the German-American Fulbright Program e.V. as well as representatives of other selected companies will be invited to present their respective companies and professional fields in workshops and at information stands. This year we will have two workshop sessions (one focused on career-related topics and the other ones focusing on specific industries). There will also be more time dedicated for one-on-one discussions.
