German Studies Seminar 2008
The Fulbright Commission and its U.S. partner, the Council for the International Exchange of Scholars (CIES), are currently recruiting for the German Studies Seminar 2008 which is to take place in Germany from June 9 to 20, 2008. Up to 25 U.S. scholars are invited to participate in the program which will be devoted to „Science and Society: The Impact of Science in Policy Formation“.

German Administrators Seminar 2008
The Seminar for German Administrators in International Education is a two-week program which covers a broad scope of issues and trends in U.S. Higher Education.

The Seminar invites up to 25 representatives of German university and Fachhochschule international offices, career offices, student services and education ministries to participate in this U.S. based program. We plan to conduct the Seminar in April/May 2008. It will consist of expert meetings in Washington, DC, and New York City and include travels to different geographical regions of the U.S. so that the participants may experience the diversity of the U.S. higher education landscape, witness American campus life in action and have the opportunity to engage in professional exchanges with their U.S. colleagues.
